Despite the fact that Matt and I had been debating getting rid of the TV portion of our cable (I rarely ever watch it, and he ends up watching it and wasting ridiculous amounts of time on it), somehow we ended up upgrading to getting a DVR after we discovered that our cable box's power supply had cracked. I guess it ended up being something like $7 more expensive than the package we already had... so, I guess might as well.
